OHM RECON offers the opportunity to cost effectively survey large regions.

New survey layouts and advanced data analysis methods allow OHM to cost effectively carry out reconnaissance surveys, allowing multiple areas to be scanned for significant resistive targets.

No longer do potential billion dollar fields have to be relinquished due to their high risk profile. OHM offers the capability to cost effectively screen areas from multiple prospects up to multiple license blocks, and de-risk prospects, by remotely sensing the resistive hydrocarbon deposits.

Commonly exploration portfolios hold many potential prospects, however most of them will be considered high risk. Consequently only the few most promising prospects will be tested through drilling. OHM RECON offers the opportunity to remotely test whole areas of acreage, identifying the prospects with high resistivity reservoirs. If the risk of hydrocarbon charge can be removed, then the potential to overlook and relinquish significant reservoirs is massively reduced.
