Executive Directors
David Pratt : (Chief Executive Officer)
Dave has more than 20 years’ experience in the oilfield service industry, and was formerly President of Veritas Geophysical Services (a division of Veritas DGC Inc, a NYSE quoted company) based in Houston. Prior to this role, Dave was VP of marine operations and technology for Digicon Geophysical Corporation (later merged with Veritas). Previously, Dave spent over 10 years at Racal Survey Group working in a variety of on-shore and off-shore roles in numerous countries. Dave is a geophysicist by training and has an MBA with distinction from the University of Strathclyde, Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Lucy MacGregor, Chief Scientific Officer
Lucy has 10 years experience as a leading researcher in active EM sounding and is an inventor of key patents. Lucy has significant experience in data processing and modelling techniques and has been responsible for survey design and data interpretation on a number of commercial surveys. Lucy has a PhD from the University of Cambridge for research in the field of controlled source electromagnetic imaging.
Bob Auckland, Finance Director
Bob was appointed to the Board in February 2006. He was previously Financial Director and Company Secretary of JW Holdings Ltd where he was for 12 years. Bob has extensive experience in financial and general management with a proven track record of integrating acquisitions, balance sheet management and building value for shareholders through a period of change. Bob is a chartered accountant having qualified with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, and has a BCom degree from Edinburgh University.

Keith Lough, (Senior Independent Director and Non-executive Director)
Keith Lough has an MA in Economics from Edinburgh University, a Masters in Finance from London Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas and energy industries including recent appointments as Finance Director, British Energy plc, Chief Financial Officer, Hurricane Hydrocarbons (now Petrokazakhstan) and MD Europe & North Africa for LASMO plc. He is currently Chief Executive of Composite energy Ltd, a private-equity funded energy company.
Thierry Le Roux (Non-executive Director)
Thierry Le Roux (54) is President and COO of CGGVeritas, and President of Geophysical Services. Mr. Le Roux had previously been Group President and CFO for CGG since September 2005. Before that time, he had been CEO of Sercel since June 1995 and Senior Executive Vice President of CGG's Products segment since October 1998. He was CGG's Business Development Manager from 1992 to 1995 and Far East Manager from 1984 to 1992.
Mr. Le Roux is also Chairman of the Board of Sercel S.A., Chairman of the Board of Sercel Inc., Chairman of the Board of Hebei Sercel-Jungfeng Geophysical Prospecting Equipment Co. Ltd, Chairman of the Board of Sercel England, Chairman of the Board of CGG Services S.A.,a Director of Sercel Singapore Private Ltd., a Director of INT. Inc. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tronic’s Microsystems S.A.
Stephen Ludlow (Non-executive Director)
Stephen Ludlow (57) has spent his entire career with seismic specialists Digicon (which became Veritas DGC) having joined them in 1971. In 1994 Stephen was appointed CEO of Digicon and following the merger of Digicon and Veritas in 1996, he was appointed President and subsequently Vice Chairman of Veritas DGC until his retirement in March 2006.
