2D MMT Inversion
A follow on from 2.5D MMT processing; this module produces interpretable geo-electric cross sections of those aspects of the sub-surface to which the MT data is sensitive.
It is most useful in areas of mass resistivity e.g. salt diapeirs bodies, deep basement structures, and is a key stage in the process towards joint EM/MT inversion allowing a ‘background’ understanding of the world, and providing a sharp target focus.
