Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping (OHM) is the fastest growing, leading provider of Controlled Source Electromagnetic Method (CSEM) services to the offshore oil and gas industry. A Global Data library Manager is required to capitalise on OHM’s superior technical market offerings and increasing demand for our services. This position will preferably be UK based, but could be internationally based for the right candidate. International travel will be required.

The Role:
You will be responsible for generating and executing, together with the regional sales teams, on OHM Data Library and multi client sales globally, including co-ordination with Rock Solid Images’ data library sales. In addition to identifying and screening proprietary and multi-client project leads, you will also be responsible for seeking out and cultivating potential customers for OHM's services, and then for developing, maintaining, and extending our client relationships.
Person specification:
You will be a self-starter, self-disciplined, target focused, results driven individual who thrives under pressure. You must have the ability to sell complex geophysical solutions to oil company clients, and to liaise with technical, commercial and legal functions within both client companies and OHM. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in data library/multi client type sales and business development.
You will be educated to degree level in geophysics or related technical discipline, and must be fluent in English. Further language skills would be an advantage, as would International experience. Strong negotiation skills are a must and we will be looking for experience in the closure of deals.
Salary:
Excellent, annually reviewed remuneration package, including performance related incentive.
